It all begins with an idea. An idea that PMR can develop into a functioning product. Our engineers will work alongside you to develop your product to your specifications. We use the most modern software to generate CAD data. We are also able to undertake Finite Elements Analysis (FEA)such as mechanical and thermal stress and injection moulding simulation to optimise the product design for manufacturing and its intended use.

We are able to provide additive manufacturing (also known as 3D printing) as a cheapest and fastest alternative to machining. It is also a great way to prototype a part or product before going for a more costly manufacturing process.

But additive manufacturing is not all about prototyping. Not all projects need a labour intensive (and therefore expensive) machined product. Our selection of engineering materials the manufacture of bespoke tools for your process or straight-to-consumer products.

Tool down time are expensive and stressful. We propose repair services and maintenance programmes to take care of any issue that you may experience. Our engineers will be ready to start working on your tool as soon as it arrives to ensure an efficient service and a quick turnaround.

For the replacement of removable parts such as cores and up-and-aways, we can manufacture the parts off your cad data and be ready to fit it in as soon as the tool arrives.

We also perform service and TPM on injection mould, inspecting and replacing wearable components where necessary.
